With six books and over ten archived papers published, Dr. Shen is also an internationally recognized expert in the areas of cloud computing, video coding, and wireless communication. He is also the Chair of Microsoft Asian Employee Resources Group, and General Secretary of China Cloud OS Alliance. Dr. SHEN received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Tsinghua University, P. R.
