Raphael Lam joined the Beijing office of the IMF as a resident representative through the Economist Program and has since worked in the European Department, Finance Department and the Asia Pacific Department. Dr. Lam has involved in a broad range of Asian economies, the Japan Financial Sector Assessment Program and the IMF regional surveillance in Asia.
