9CaKrnJEREi world.huanqiu.comarticle嘉宾：牙买加驻华大使拉尔夫·塞缪尔·托马斯/e3pmh22ph/e3pn61ka0<article><section data-type="rtext"><p>His Excellency Ralph Samuel Thomas</p><p>Ambassador of Jamaica</p><p>Ambassador Thomas assumed duties as Head of Mission in the Embassy of Jamaica, Beijing on 21stJuly 2013.</p><p>He was a Senior Teaching Fellow of the University of the West Indies - Mona School of Business and Management, and served as  Director of several state agencies in Jamaica including:  the Urban Development Corporation; the National Insurance Fund Board and the Jamaica Financial Services Authority. He was also Board Chairman of the Micro Investment Development Agency.</p><p>He has expert international experience in the banking sector, having been Vice President and Regional Manager in critical areas of the Bank of New York (BNY) over his 22-year-tenure there and has training from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
